BBQ Sweet & Sour Prawn

Ingredients:
Prawn (8-10 pcs medium size / 5 pcs large)
Sweet & sour sauce (6 tablespoon)
Onion (1/4 chopped/grinded)
Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
Pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

Preparation:
Dilute sweet & sour sauce with 150 ml of warm water. Pour into a container, mix all onion, salt & pepper as well. Put all prawns for marination about 2 hours. Heat grill before allowing the prawns to be grilled for 2-3mins and it's all done. Bear in mind that prawn meat can be easily overcooked, so be sure to control the timing and not too long grilling. You may opt to use an equipment to toss and turn on grill net instead of piercing into the prawn to avoid draining of meat essence.
